The Futura Bright team have had the pleasure of working with multiple clients on a variety of projects. From single, one-off houses to multi-unit keystone developments in the Capital, we have been able to support a wide range of amazing clients – developers, planners and contractors – in navigating tricky regulatory and planning based challenges, and have assisted them in making their development become a reality.

Sugar House Island

The development is a canal-side neighbourhood that redefines the way people live, work and socialise, combining the character and community of Island life with the convenience and connectivity of its east London location.

Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital

Located in Stanmore, London, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital proposed a new operating theatre building with associated circulation spaces, sanitary facilities, recovery rooms and staff areas.

Former Maritime Academy

The project comprises the redevelopment of a site which formerly housed part of Southampton Solent University's Warsash Maritime Academy to provide 18 houses and 20 apartments.

Ocean View, Falmouth

Located in Falmouth on the South Cornish Coast, Ocean View consists of a series of relatively modern student accommodation units which were required to be assessed for potential future decarbonisation opportunities as part of the Clients wider review of their portfolio.

Maritime Court, Falmouth

Located in Falmouth on the South Cornish Coast, Maritime Court consists of a series of a block of 145 no. en-suite student accommodation units due for refurbishment. Converted to student accommodation in approximately 2006, the site had excessive energy costs and are due for refurbishment. Decarbonisation options were evaluated and modelled as part of the agreed scope of works.

Highwood Village, Horsham

Highwood Village is a new build residential development in Horsham, West Sussex consisting of houses and apartments over multiple phases. As part of the Clients overall aims to reduce emissions from all elements of construction, Futura Bright undertook an early stage Whole Life Carbon Assessment of the scheme to inform internal reporting requirements.

Beaufort Park

Beaufort Park is set in 25-acres with a landscaped parkland at its heart, and situated in North West London just a few stops away from Hampstead and Camden.

Private Residence, London

Located on popular residential road in North Sheen, London Future Bright worked with the architect on behalf of the private client to optimise the building specification within this refurbishment and extension scheme to minimise overall energy use.

Haydon Grange

Located in Dorset, the project consisted of the replacement of an existing standalone dwelling with a new, Georgian styled property Futura Bright were employed to provide a full pack of planning documents to demonstrate compliance with Part L and O of the building regulations as well as demonstrating the carbon benefits of replacing the existing dwelling against retaining the exiting building.

Lees Yard, Chichester

Located on the south coast, the Lees Yard development consisted of the implementation of house types which were required to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part O.

Compton Cottage

Located next to the M3 motorway, this single dwelling was required to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part O taking into consideration the noise impacts of its location.

Welborne Garden Village

Welborne Garden Village is a development of 6,000 beautiful homes with accessible green spaces, sustainable energy, nurseries, schools, shops, leisure facility and technology park.
